Greenray Industries TCXOs have served the communications, instrumentation, and military markets since 1961. The quartz oscillator natural frequency vs temperature characteristic is corrected by the addition of a temperature compensation network which corrects the frequency deviation associated with ambient temperature changes.

The latest TCXO product range presented by Greenray Industries approaches OCXO performance with respect to frequency stability vs temperature. The design focus is high stability over wide temperature ranges, low phase noise and ruggedized for high shock, vibration conditions.
