RF Micro Devices has released five gain blocks for ISM, cellular, and PCS applications
RF Micro Devices (RFMD) has released five gain blocks for ISM, cellular, and PCS applications. Produced using a silicon bipolar process technology, the new products include the RF2321, RF2322, RF2323, RF2325, and RF2326. All five products are designed for +3 VDC operation and produce 12 to 19 dB gain levels across the 100 to 2000 MHz range.
