The Narda SRM-3006 is a system designed to measure the individual contributions of multiple emitters and to generate a tabular or spectrum view of the total exposure over the 9 kHz to 6 GHz frequency range.
Unlike Narda's NBM series that can only discern the total field strength, this series features antennas instead of probes and a comprehensive display of the spectrum, rather than just a total number.
This series of survey equipment provides a powerful solution to rooftop and tower emitter locations where the surveyor needs to list the individual power of each emitter, in order to comply with the FCC's 5% rule. Because this system displays the frequency of each emitter, you can verify who is licensed for that spot in your particular market, making it useful as a generic field-strength meter also.
With new software, antennas and optional accessories this system is becoming the industry standard.
