Skyworks' limiter diodes are available as packaged and bondable silicon chips, in addition to ceramic hermetic packaged and plastic surface mount packaged devices for receiver protection applications.
Skyworks Solutions offers a broad portfolio of RF/microwave products for defense and homeland security systems, including radio communications, radars, electronic surveillance, electronic countermeasures and more. The portfolio includes discrete components and multifunction subsystems including packaged, chip and beam lead PIN, tuning varactor, limiter and Schottky diodes, chip attenuators, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, general purpose amplifiers, mixers, modulators, demodulators, switches, attenuators, detectors, directional couplers, hybrid couplers, power splitters/combiners, ceramic filters, resonators and more. Screenings equivalent to JANS level of MIL-PRF-19500, and Class K of MIL-PRF-38534 are available.
