REMEC multiplier designs are tailored to fit the application:
- SRD multipliers are used for high multiplication ratios
- Schottky diode multipliers are used for narrow or broadband, low phase noise applications
- Microwave bipolar transistors are used for high efficiency, low order multipliers below 10 GHz
- GaAs FETs are used for low-order multipliers above 10 GHz.
