The HF12-20 RF Power transistor is designed for the 12.5V, 2-30 MHz RF Communications, RF Power Supply and RF Power Generator markets. Operating at 30 MHz and 12.5 Volts DC, the device will provide a minimum Power Gain of 15 dB, with the minimum Output Power specified at 20 Watts, PEP. The HF12 series products utilize the unique Spectrum Devices Bipolar process, offering enhanced DC Breakdown characteristics with a marked improvement in BVCBO from 38 Volts to 60 Volts. The HF12-20 is a drop-in replacement to the industry standard SGS Thomson/ST SD1285 and Microsemi MS1227. The product is available in matched pair sets for Hfe, DC Gain selection.
HF12-20 Availability
The HF12-20 is packaged in the industry standard SOE .380 Flange. Samples are readily available from inventory. Production availability will be Stock to 8 Weeks ARO, up to 500 pieces. For larger quantities, please consult factory.
