Sirenza Microdevices has
developed the SXB-2089, the
newest InGaP HBT amplifier
operating from 5 to 2500
MHz. It features an output
IP3 of +43dBm at 1950MHz,
gain of 20dB and a 4.3 db
noise figure. The amplifier
also use Sirenza's patent on
thermal distribution for lower junction temperatures
and increased reliability. The device boasts an ESD
rating of Class 1C (1KV HBM) and is rated for MSL-1
for very robust, rugged and reliable performance.
