RFMD's portfolio of single-chip integrated front end modules (FEMs) are designed for high-performance Wi-Fi applications in the 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz ISM band. The RF5325 is specifically designed to address the need for aggressive size reduction in a typical 802.11b/g front end design and offer a reduced footprint and minimized component count, outside the core chipset.
