From test fixtures to complete on-wafer probe station setups, from Noise Parameter and S-Parameter measurements to Wi-Fi, bluetooth and WLAN modeling, Maury has a solution that can be tailored to your exact needs.
The solutions offered are built around a combination of Windows® compatible software and electro-mechanical or solid state hardware. The heart of Maury's PC based application software is the SNPW program. The SNPW program automates measurement of RF/microwave devices, and can be ordered in packaged configurations that cover a wide range of applications.
A new version of Maury's Automated Tuner System software (ATS v 5.0) is now available. Loaded with new features and functions, this software is the most powerful tool of its kind, ever developed.
