In view of LTE requirements, Renaissance Electronics Corporation has developed a coaxial circulator operating from 700 – 960 MHz. It is available in standard 1.50" x 1.67" footprint and can withstand 150 watts of CW power and offers insertion loss of 0.7 dB over -40 to +75C. This makes the design attractive for both indoor and outdoor applications.
