This low noise amplifier (LNA) provides a low noise figure and high linearity for X-Band solutions for V-Sat, radar, and microwave applications. It covers the 8-12GHz frequency range and comes in a 3x3mm PQFN SMT package.
The MAAL-010528 X-Band Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) features a self-bias architecture, requiring the customer to apply only a single positive supply. Additional features include excellent gain flatness with an actual gain of 20dB, 26dBm OIP3 linearity, and a mid-band noise figure supply of 1.6dB. This LNA is also internally matched to 50 Ω input/output, making it ideal for many different radar and communications applications.
