These WiFi Front End Modules are ideal for applications involving gaming, Smart Energy, tablets, mobile devices, netbooks/notebooks, TV/Monitors/Video, cellular handsets, and more. These high performance FEMs feature excellent linearity, a wide voltage supply range, input and output matched to 50 ohms (resulting in a high level of integration) a low height package (ideal for SiP and CoB designs), and much more.
The RFFM8202 Front End Module operates in the 2.4 to 2.5 GHz frequency range and features an integrated power amplifier, low noise amplifier with bypass mode, a power detector, a SP3T switch, and filtering.
The RFFM8204 Front End Module also operates in the 2.4 to 2.5 GHz frequency range and features an integrated power amplifier, a SP3T switch, a power detector, and filtering.
The RFFM8502 Front End Module operates in the 4.9 to 5.85 GHz frequency range and features an integrated 5 GHz power amplifier, a SP2T switch, a low noise amplifier, and a power detector.
