The PTF 10049 and PTF 10037 families of wideband, high-power, RF transistors are designed for use in the amplification of UHF frequencies
The PTF 10049 and PTF 10037 families of wideband, high-power, RF transistors are designed for use in the amplification of UHF frequencies, spanning 470 to 860 MHz. Supporting analog and digital formats, the devices are gold-metalized, silicon, LDMOS FETs. Model PTF 10037 delivers 120 W of power with 14-dB gain.
