USB Pulse Power Sensors
AR’s new line of USB peak power sensors are designed to convert a PC or laptop, using a standard USP 2.0 port, into a pulse power analyzer without the need for any other device. Built for fast, reliable, and accurate RF power measurements and pulse parameter measurements, these power sensors are ideal for commercial, radar, and military applications.
The USB peak power sensors are available in 6, 18, and 40 GHz models that measure wideband modulated signals over the 50 MHz to 40 GHz range. These sensors feature rise times from 3 ns and up, 100 ps time resolution, and video bandwidths of 195 MHz for enabling fast pulse integrity determinations with effective sampling rates up to 100 times faster than conventional power meters. Power measurements from the PSP Series can be displayed on the PC or can be integrated into a test system with a set of user-defined software functions.
