Ultra-Wideband Power Amplifier: RFLUA0706GE
RF-Lambda offers the RFLUA0706GE 7W Ultra-Wideband Power Amplifier with an operating frequency range of 0.5 to 6 GHz. With a high peak to average handling capability, high linearity, and a low noise figure, this amplifier is applicable for base stations and cellular network repeaters in aerospace and military markets.
The RFLUA0706GE features an operating temperature of -45°C to +85°C, is able to operate at altitudes up to 30,000 feet in a controlled environment, and has up to 25g rms of vibration endurance. Each RF-Lambda amplifier goes through power and temperature stress testing, and comes with a warranty that covers everything except the die, IC, or MMIC.
