TRM Microwave Acquires Putnam RF Components High-Power Line

TRM Microwave, Inc., a New Hampshire designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave components and subassemblies, announced recently that they have completed the acquisition of the high-power product line of Putnam RF Components of Manchester, NH.

“The timing was perfect for TRM and Putnam RF Components to join forces and blend our respective and unique technologies” said TRM CEO, Wendy Tirollo. We have been exploring our options and investigating the potential for acquisitions for several years now. This opportunity was worth the wait and is a win-win for TRM and Putnam customers alike.”

The purchase of Putnam’s exceptional high-power components line gives TRM a more competitive edge by offering a greater range of services, products and added engineering talent.
