Transmit/Receive Front-End Module: SKY65377-11 Datasheet

The SKY65377-11 is a transmit/receive (T/R) front-end module designed to provide a complete T/R train with T/R switches. It has features such as +30 dBm output power, a 40 percent Power Added Efficiency (PAE), and internal match and bias circuits and is ideal for applications including automated meter reading, advanced metering infrastructure, and IMS systems.
