The Connected Highway

As wireless technology evolves, more and more industries are being connected to the world around them. One rapidly growing and highly potential industry is the connected highway. Not only do cars have the wireless capabilities to entertain passengers, they also have wireless technologies that enable the deployment of apps in the driver environment. These new apps are capable of navigation assistance, traffic or weather warnings, or requesting pit stop information such as restaurants, hotels, or fuel stations.
