SUCOFLEX®100 Series Microwave Cable Assemblies
SUCOFLEX 100 series flexible microwave cable assemblies offer high-flexibility along with excellent electrical performance and outstanding mechanical robustness. Not only are these HUBER+SUHNER assemblies cost efficient, but they offer low loss along with phase and amplitude stability for repeatable, consistent performance up to 50 GHz. They are ideally suited for test leads and for use in aerospace and defense systems.
SUCOFLEX 101
SUCOFLEX 101 high-end cable assemblies are designed to provide optimal performance up to 50 GHz where stringent electrical requirements – in particular stability and low loss – are important. Their mechanical and climate resistance properties surpass those of standard flexible cables. Additionally protected by an A ruggedization, the SUCOFLEX 101PE becomes a flexible test and measurement cable up to 50 GHz.
SUCOFLEX 102
SUCOFLEX 102 are ideal for applications up to 46 GHz or wherever the weight or the diameter are the critical factors to be taken into account. The connectors mainly used here are PC2.4 and SK, for «low frequency» applications also SMA, N and TNC. Typical applications include test laboratories and aircraft manufacture. The available ruggedizations are matched to the particular applications.
SUCOFLEX 103
SUCOFLEX 103 is the ideal solution for systems in which the attenuation to weight ratio is very important. Different ruggedizations and a large number of the common connector types complete this range.
SUCOFLEX 104
SUCOFLEX 104 cables that can be universally assembled with the widest range of connector types, are available with most ruggedizations.
SUCOFLEX 106
SUCOFLEX 106 are used in applications where special consideration must be given to low attenuation or high power handling capacity. Most ruggedizations can be used in conjunction with these cables, and also the main connector series.
SUCOFLEX 118
Based on an improved and newly patented inner conductor construction, SUCOFLEX 118 combines the low loss, excellent VSWR and C.W. power handling of SUCOFLEX 106 with the phase stability and flexibility of SUCOFLEX 106 P. Wherever low loss, joined with phase- and amplitude stability is required, SUCOFLEX 118 must be your choice. The new cable assembly is applicable up to 18 GHz and comes along with a wide range of connectors. Also crush resistant ruggedizations and LSFH jacket are available.
SUCOFLEX 126
SUCOFLEX 126 cables combine the low loss and power of SUCOFLEX 104 with the phase stability of SUCOFLEX 104P. Where low loss, combined with phase and amplitude stability is required, SUCOFLEX 126 must be applied.
