Discrete Limiter Diodes For Hybrid Module Assembly OEMs: CLA4601-000
The CLA4601-000 is part of the CLA series of silicon limiter diodes designed to provide passive receiver protection over a wide 100 MHz to 30 GHz frequency range. These devices use Skywork’s well-established silicon technology, resulting in high resistivity and tightly controlled base width PIN limiter diodes. When used with limiter circuits, these devices offer high performance with strong limiting action and low loss.
The CLA4601-000 is mesa-constructed with a thin base width, and features a voltage range of 15 V to 30 V, typical junction capacitance of 0.12 pF at 0 V, and peak power handling up to +74 dBm. This bondable diode is meant for low-level medical applications such as those utilizing defibrillators, heart monitors, hearing aids, and other radiation and clinical equipment.
