Mini-Circuits’ new ZX60-P33ULN+ low noise amplifier provides excellent noise figure performance across the 0.4 to 3 GHz frequency range, supporting many high performance applications including LTE, GPS, GSM, airborne radar, and more. The amplifier provides typical noise figure of 0.38 dB combined with the capability to handle RF input signals up to +22 dBm (continuous). It also achieves high dynamic range with +34 dBm OIP3, making it ideal for use in low noise Receiver Front End applications. It delivers 19 dB gain and +17.5 dBm P1dB. This model operates on a 3V, 56mA supply and comes in a compact case (0.74 x 0.75 x 0.46”) featuring rugged unibody construction and SMA connectors.
