Rohde & Schwarz Adds Passive Model To Its Portfolio Of Broadband Probes

Request Information

Rohde & Schwarz adds the rugged, passive R&S RT ZZ80 broadband probe to its portfolio. This probe offers a bandwidth of 8 GHz. When analyzing electronic circuits, passive broadband probes such as the R&S RT-ZZ80 are a cost-efficient, rugged alternative to active, high bandwidth probes. They are well-suited for testing transmission lines with low impedance (20 Ohm to 100 Ohm).

Users in the most diverse of industries, from consumer electronics to medical engineering and A&D, can use the R&S RT-ZZ80 to perform precision analyses on electronic circuits. The probe excels wherever the timing of fast signals must be measured accurately.

The Rohde & Schwarz portfolio of probes now offers an ideal probe for every broadband application. The family of differential broadband probes with the top-of-the-line R&S RT ZD40 model (4.5 GHz bandwidth) is sure to impress with its high input impedance of 1 MOhm at very low capacitive loading. The single-ended probes from Rohde & Schwarz, including the high end R&S RT-ZS60 (6 GHz bandwidth), make it possible to test ground referenced signals, even at high amplitudes of up to 8 V.

The R&S RT-ZZ80 passive broadband probe is now available from Rohde & Schwarz.
