SMA-connectorized power amplifiers operate from 925 GHz to 960 GHz

Richardson RFPD, Inc. recently announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for two new 24W Psat (20W P1dB) power amplifiers from Wavelex.

The new 50-ohm PAs operate from 925 GHz to 960 GHz, offer high gain, low gain flatness, and high power added efficiency. They are offered in SMA-connector packages and packaged with precision machine housings in Wavelex’s WP-1M package. Wavelex products are 100% production-tested on all minimum and maximum electrical specifications.

The two new 24W PAs are ideally suited for GSM, mobile infrastructure, and fixed wireless communication applications.

The WPA09-35B and WPA09-53A are part of a new family of 17W to 25W power amplifiers from Wavelex.
