Richardson RFPD Introduces Three New 20W Power Amplifiers From Wavelex
New PAs cover down to 820 MHz and up to at least 890 MHz
Richardson RFPD, Inc. recently announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for three new 20W power amplifiers from Wavelex.
The new 50-ohm, unconditionally stable PAs operate from a single DC power supply and cover down to 820 MHz and up to at least 890 MHz.
They feature infinite load VSWR protection and a minimum of 50% power added efficiency, and they are SMA-connectorized and packaged with precision machine housings in Wavelex’s WP-1M package. Wavelex products are 100% production-tested on all minimum and maximum electrical specifications.
The new PAs are suitable for GSM mobile infrastructure and fixed wireless communication applications.
The WPA08-35B, WPA08-53A, and WPA0810A are part of a new family of 17W to 25W power amplifiers from Wavelex.
