Designed for CDMA and TDMA applications in the PCS band, model PTF10112 is an RF transistor that features gold top metal and gold bond wires. Minimum output power is 60 W at 1-dB compression.
Operating from +20 VDC, the transistor features 12-dB typical gain with gain flatness of ±0.2 dB from 1.93 to 1.99 GHz. Class AB two-tone third-order IMD is -40 dBc at 25 W peak envelope performance (PEP).
