Radiation Tolerant, Phototransistor Hermetic Surface Mount Optocoupler: OLS249 Datasheet

The OLS249 is a radiation tolerant, phototransistor hermetic surface mount optocoupler designed specifically for hi-rel applications requiring optical isolation. This device is comprised of a light emitting diode and a NPN silicon phototransistor that is electrically isolated yet optically coupled inside a hermetic 4-pin leadless chip carrier package.
