PIN Diode Limiter: SKY16602-632LF
The SKY16602-632LF is a low-threshold (+5 dBm typical) PIN diode limiter module covering the 0.2 to 4.0GHz frequency range. It features low insertion loss, low distortion, integrated PIN limiter and Schottky diodes, and DC blocks.
This PIN diode limiter module was designed for receiver low noise protection in cellular infrastructure base stations, repeater, and wireless backhaul OEMs. In a broader sense, it can also be used in WLAN, VSAT, S-band radar, military communications transceivers, jammers, GPS, test instruments, automotive, and mobile applications.
