Oscillators for Telecom Clocking Applications

PDI’s LV5 and PE5 series of miniature oscillators come in 3.2mm x 5mm ceramic packages. Their size and low jitter (0.2pS for the LV5 and 0.3pS for the PE5) over the telecommunication industry standard carrier offset of 12kHz to 20MHz makes them ideal for telecom clocking applications.
Both oscillator models cover the 40 MHz to 200 MHz frequency range. They have a -40 to +85oC temperature range, and their stability can be held down to +/-25ppm. For information on individual model specifications, download the available datasheets.
