New 100W Coaxial Amplifiers Support High Power Applications From 3000 - 4000 MHz

To meet your needs for high power applications, Mini-Circuits has introduced the ZHL-100W-352+ and ZHL-100W-43+ Class-AB unconditionally stable amplifiers. These new models provide 100W saturated output power over 3000 – 3500 MHz and 3500 – 4000 MHz, respectively, supporting applications from wireless and military communications to radar and cellular base stations. Both amplifiers achieve 50 dB typical gain, allowing them to be driven to full power without the need for pre-amplifiers. Both models also provide consistent performance across frequencies with ±1.5 dB gain flatness over their full operating bandwidths.

These rugged amplifiers offer excellent reliability for use in tough operating conditions. Built-in safety features include protections against excessive drive, high case temperature, reverse polarity, and shorting/unshorting. They can withstand accidental short and open circuits at the output when delivering signals up to 100W without sustaining damage.

Both models come in rugged, aluminum alloy cases with SMA (RFIN) to N-type (RFOUT) connectors and an optional heat sink. The ZHL-100W-352+ and ZHL-100W-43+ 100W amplifiers are available from stock for immediate shipment at $3,495 (without heat sink, qty. 1 – 9). Place your order today, and have them in hand as soon as tomorrow!
