MtronPTI Continues Strategic Investments In Timing Product Line

Conrad Jordan Named Vice President and Business Center Manager

Orlando, FL - MtronPTI, leader in precision frequency control and custom RF/microwave filters, today announced the appointment of Conrad Jordan as Timing Products Vice President and Business Center Manager.

Greg Anderson, MtronPTI President and Chief Executive Officer says, “Conrad’s more than twenty years’ experience in RF and microwave new product development and engineering will help MtronPTI sharpen new product focus, drive our IP upmarket strategy and expand our industry recognized reputation for excellent client service.”

The Company has been working with its parent, The LGL Group, Inc. (NYSE MKT: LGL), to realign efforts to areas of high market value. For example, recently MtronPTI expanded its RF and microwave filter line and served client list^†. With this new executive staff addition, MtronPTI adds unique experience and technical leadership to continue along the path toward profitable growth.

Mr. Jordan has a broad background in product design, engineering management and business development in defense, commercial and consumer markets. In his most recent position as Strategic R&D Manager at TRAK Microwave, Inc. in Tampa, FL, he directly managed all R&D programs including developing clear understanding of client technical and market needs. Previously he has held positions managing low phase noise oscillator, high power RF switch and various synthesizer design teams. He also led a technical sales team developing new business opportunities across the company.

Mr. Jordan will be based in MtronPTI’s Orlando headquarters and has full product line responsibility with resources in Florida and MtronPTI’s Yankton, South Dakota design and manufacturing center.
