1.85 mm Wide-Band SPDT PIN Diode Absorptive Switch: FMSW2026
The FMSW2026 from Fairview Microwave is part of a large selection of coaxial switch products designed for radio, antenna, production, laboratory test and measurement, and defense/military applications. With 1.85 mm ports and a single-pole double-throw design, this PIN diode switch is rated for frequencies from 100 MHz to 67 GHz, and 0.5 W of maximum power.
The FMSW2026 features an insertion loss maximum of 10.5 dB, a minimum isolation of 40 dB, return loss of -4 dB, a maximum switching speed of 100 nsec, and TTL-compatible diver circuitry for accurate logic control. External connectors include solder terminals, 1.85 mm female connectors, and an SMA female connector.
