The ML1590 is a wideband RF/IF/ audio military grade amplifier designed to support mature circuit designs in military systems, video amplifiers, mixers, and staged IF amplifiers. Features include operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, high power gain of 50 dB, and a silicon monolithic integrated circuit.
