Military Wideband Amplifier: ML1590

The ML1590 is a wideband RF/IF/ audio military grade amplifier designed to support mature circuit designs in military systems, video amplifiers, mixers, and staged IF amplifiers. It can also be used in navigation test instrumentation and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) applications.
The ML1590 operates over the full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, is capable of a high power gain of 50 dB, and is equipped with a silicon monolithic integrated circuit. This amplifier also features a wide-range ACG with operation over DC to 60 MHz frequencies.
