Micro L and S-Band Power Amplifier

The NuPower™ Micro L- & S-band power amplifier is based on the latest GaN technology, and is extremely compact, measuring in at 1.3 cubic inches. It provides over 5 watts of RF power across both the L and S bands.

This L- & S-band power amplifier’s power efficiency and small size make it ideal for power-constrained RF telemetry and tactical communication systems. More specifically, it can be used in applications involving unmanned aircraft, ground, and surface vehicles, in test lab applications, and software defined radios.

This NW-SSPA-MICRO-5W-1.0-2.5 power amplifier features 5 Watts RF output power, 1-2.5 GHz frequency coverage, a transmit/standby mode, a single power supply, over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection, and logic on/off control. Download the datasheet for more information.
