The SKYA21001 from Skyworks is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch designed for use in a wide variety of automotive applications including infotainment, automated toll systems, 802.11 b/g/n WLAN, Bluetooth® systems, remote keyless entries, telematics, and GPS/navigation.
The SKYA21001 features positive voltage operation, low insertion loss, and very low DC power consumption. This SPDT switch is housed in a compact 2.00 x 1.25 mm, 6-pin SC-70 package, and is designed and manufactured in an ISO/TS16949-certified facility. The device is lead-free, AEC-Q100 qualified, and RoHS-compliant MSL-1 @ 260°C per JEDEC J-STD-020.
