10 To 50 MHz Dual-Compensated TCXO: T1250 Series

Source: Greenray Industries, Inc.

Greenray presents the new Series T1250 temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) that are designed for instrumentation and mobile communications applications requiring high stability and very low input power. Available for operation in the 10 to 50 MHz frequency range, these TCXOs feature CMOS or clipped Sinewave output, and a very tight temperature stability down to ±30ppB over -40 to +85°C, with long term aging down to 3ppM over 20 years.

The T1250 series’ acceleration sensitivity reaches down to < 7 x 10-10/g in order to maintain performance through shock and vibration. These oscillators also use a +3.3 to +5.0 VDC supply and are housed in a 9 x 14 mm SMT package. Electronic frequency control is available for tuning or phase locking applications.

Additional features include:

  • Shock: per MIL-STD-202, Meth 213, Cond C
  • Vibration: per MIL-STD-202, Meth 204, Cond A
  • Storage Temperature: -55 to +95°C
  • Typical 10 MHz phase noise
