500 – 6,000 MHz Connectorized Solid State Absorptive RF SPDT Switch
Mini-Circuits’ new ZFSWA2R-63DR+ is a connectorized, solid-state, absorptive single-pole double-throw (SPDT) RF switch covering a wide range of applications from 500 to 6000 MHz including high-speed testers, automated switching networks, wireless infrastructure, military, and more. This switch delivers a very fast switching time of 35 ns, 65 dB isolation, 1.4 dB insertion loss, and RF input power handling up to 1 W.
The ZFSWA2R-63DR+ features an integrated CMOS driver, a single 3-5 V power supply with 5 µA control current, an operating temperature range from -55 to +100 °C, and outstanding reliability for tough environments. The SPDT switch is housed in a compact, aluminum alloy case (1.25 x 1.25 x 0.75”) with SMA connectors and an optional mounting bracket.
