The APH670 GaAs HEMT Medium Power Amplifier operates in the 71-76 GHz frequency range and has a power saturation of 25.5 dBm (typ). It’s ideal for applications involving short haul/high capacity links, wireless fiber replacement, enterprise wireless LAN, and more.
This medium power amplifier has a 20.5 dB (typ) linear gain and a 4.17 sq. mm die size. It can be used in commercial digital radios, wireless LANs, or as a driver amplifier (either companion to the APH668 or as a stand-alone).
