M/A-COM Technology Solutions Showcases New Products At OFC/NFOEC Show, 2013

New Products Include Industry’s Lowest Power Consumption EML Driver for 100GbE CFP and CFP2 Applications and Two Linear Drivers for 400G Applications

What: M/A-COM Technology Solutions (M/A-COM), a leading supplier of high performance analog semiconductor solutions, is showcasing its broad portfolio of products including four new drivers for optical communications and networks at the OFC/NFOEC tradeshow, in Anaheim, California.

Product solutions on display in M/A-COM’s Booth #2357 will include new drivers and TIAs for 10G, 40G and 100G applications. In addition, the company will also be introducing the industry’s lowest power consumption EML driver for 100GbE CFP and CFP2 applications as well as two new linear drivers for 400G applications. M/A-COM’s portfolio of Coherent Modulator Drivers has been developed specifically for 100G DP-QPSK applications. The drivers are available as single or dual channel in surface-mount packages, or as a quad-channel in a GPPO package.
