Low-Noise Amplifier

Source: Ciao Wireless
A low noise amplifier is primarily used to amplify signals that have been captured by an antenna and are too weak to read making them unreliable when used in electronic communication systems. Because they are used in conjunction with antennas, a low noise amplifier will typically need to be mounted close to the antenna to minimize losses in the feed line.

Any Ciao Wireless low noise amplifier would be internally voltage regulated, making performance insensitive to supply voltage variations over a nominal +12 to +20VDC voltage variation, with alternate DC Voltage Supply available on most low noise amplifier models.

A standard low noise amplifier from Ciao Wireless includes a wide range of frequency, gain, noise figure and output, power options offered from 1.0 GHz to 4.0 GHz. Any low noise amplifier that leaves our manufacturing plant is also 100% tested.

Because communications during military operations are absolutely vital to the success of any operation, we have made sure that each low noise amplifier is manufactured to operate within a rugged Military Environment. Any Ciao low noise amplifier can be supplied in compliance with MIL-STD-883 specifications.

Ciao Wireless is able to "customize" most low noise amplifier designs in order to meet a customer's particular requirement, and in most cases, without having to sacrifice the competitive catalog pricing and delivery of Ciao's products. Forward all of your "special" requirements for Ciao to review and quote.
