e2v technologies have developed a Ku-Band Passive Limiter designed for high mean power operation, with low loss (<1.4dB) and fast recovery (<1µs), handling up to 500W / 10% duty over a 1.2GHz bandwidth. The unit incorporates a pressure window on the input, and has a coaxial output.
