Ka Band Low Noise Amplifier: AML1820L3611

The AML1820L3611 Ka Band Low Noise Amplifier features reverse voltage protection, temperature compensation, and an internal voltage regulator. This amplifier is hermetically sealed and is available in a field removable SMA (F) connectorized housing, or in a waveguide housing. It operates in the 18.3 to 20.2 GHz frequency range, has a gain range of 33 to 36 dB, and operates in the -20 to 70°C temperature range.
