All models feature integral voltage regulators, that make performance insensitive to supply voltage variations over a nominal +12 to +20 Volt DC voltage variation

Ciao Wireless offers a wide selection of KA-Band Amplifiers. Designs are manufactured utilizing Thin-Film MIC technology, ensuring optimum reliability and long-life performance. All models feature integral voltage regulators, that make performance insensitive to supply voltage variations over a nominal 12 to 20 Volt DC voltage variation.

Listed specifications are guaranteed at room temperature ( 23C) case temperature. However, all designs will operate over the -54C to 85C temperature range with some degradation to performance. Please contact the factory for specific amplifier vs temperature performance characteristics by model.

While all models are manufactured to operate within a rugged Military Environment, the factory should be consulted for specific environmental operating conditions. All models can be supplied in compliance with MIL-STD-883 specifications. Please contact the factory for further details.
