Interface And Direction Analyzer: User-Generated Maps In IDA 2

Source: Narda Safety Test Solutions GmbH

Having your own maps, aerial photographs, orthophotos, or satellite images appear on your infrastructures is much more useful than having them spread out on different displays. The open source Slippy Map Tile System from OpenStreetMap is implemented in Narda’s IDA2. By using the IDA 2, maps are displayed quickly and are supported by many GIS programs, allowing for ease of map creation. Download the application note for more about how to use the Slippy Map Tile System, and to see an example on how to create maps.
