IMT-Advanced: True 4G Revealed

Last month in Geneva, Switzerland, the International Telecommunication Union approved its recommended specification for the next generation of mobile technologies, known as International Mobile Telecommunications-Advanced (IMT-Advanced). IMT-Advanced defines true fourth generation (4G) mobile technology, succeeding the IMT-2000 standard for 3G mobile technology.
