Skyworks‘ SMV1275-079LF is a hyperabrupt junction tuning varactor with a high capacitance ratio, making it especially well-suited for low phase-noise VCOs used in wireless systems up to and above 2.5 GHz. It also features low-series resistance and an ultra-small, 1.5 x 0.7 x 0.5 mm SC-79 package.
