Corry Micronics is introducing a line of high temperature glass sealed capacitive feedthrus. The discoidal connections are made with Gold-Tin solder and can withstand reflow temperatures to 300° C. Gold leads are wire bondable and have capacitance values from 5pF to 50,000pF.
