SenarioTek offers High Speed Serial (HSS) and component test products for signal integrity, data cable testing, high speed bus, jitter/timing testing, backplane testing, transmit/receive module testing, chip set testing, serial data link testing, and telecom card testing.

These High Speed Serial and component test products feature fast rise/fall times with bandwidths from DC to 50 GHz, excellent phase noise repeatability (reducing switching errors), and signal maintenance integrity. Additional features include:

• Low VSWR and Insertion loss ripple minimizes pattern dependent jitter
• Delay matching of ± 500fs to 2ps across multiple paths
• Minimum Signal Skew < ±1 ps (without phase adjusters)
• Low VSWR < 1.25:1 @ 10 GHz
• Low insertion loss < 1.5 dB @ 26.5 GHz
