High Performance Low Phase Noise TCXO For Unmanned Systems: M616X Series Datasheet

The M616X Series of TCXOs and TCVCXOs from MtronPTI are designed to provide low voltage, surface mount solutions for a variety of applications including GPS, military, avionics, test and measurement, WLAN, WiMax base stations, point to point/multi-point radios, and medical equipment. They are suited for battery and remote applications where current is as low as 1.5 mA with 3.3 voltage at 13 MHz.
