High Linearity Small Cell Power Amplifiers (PA)
Qorvo offers four new high linearity small cell power amplifiers (PAs) that are ideal for small cells, repeaters, boosters, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). These PA models come with on-chip bias control, temperature compensation circuits, and cover frequencies from 1.93 – 2.7 GHz.
Each model integrates two or three high performance amplifier stages for a compact system design that requires few external components for operation. The PAs are also bias adjustable allowing for the optimization of the amplifier's power consumption, and are housed in lead free, RoHS compliant 7 x 7 mm surface mount packages.
